BSNL- Important points
Request to immediately
resolve very important issues of standard IDA pay scales of E2 and E3, introduction of
mechanism of CPSU cadre hierarchy and 30% superannuation benefits to employees
recruited in BSNL
JTOs recruited from 2007 onwards
are the worst sufferers and victims of the apathy of the Management because of
non settlement of standard IDA
pay scales. Similarly on extending 30% superannuation benefits to recruits of
BSNL, there is already an understanding with the Forum of BSNL
Associations/Unions. This is also getting delayed for no reasons.
