Returns of income above Rs.5 lakhs have to
be efiled online mandatorily.
Even if the income is below Rs.5
lakhs, salaried persons have to file IT returns for the financial year 2012-13 (Assessment year 2013-14) & the last
date for filing of IT returns is 31.07.2013
