Important decisions of CS, CP and CHQ office bearer meeting held
at New Delhi on 02-08-2013.
a) The meeting unanimously resolved and decided to launch struggle for settlement of following issues in near future:
1. Standard pay scales of E2, E3 etc for JTO/JAOs, SDE/AOs etc.
2. Implementation of CPSU cadre hierarchy.
3. 30% Superannuation benefits to BSNL Recruited employees.
4. Issues related to EPF – Anomalies, Centralisation of Accounts, Pensioner benefits etc.
b) Struggle would be launched after exploring the possibility of resolution of these issues fully and expeditiously from wider existing platform of United Forum of Executives of BSNL.
c) To start preparations at grass root level by conducting meetings at Branch/SSA level.
