BSNL நிர்வாகத்திடம் நமது அகில இந்திய தொழிற்சங்க தலைவர்கள் நடத்திய பேச்சுவார்த்தையில்  முன்னேற்றம் காணப்படவில்லை. எனவே நமது போராட்டம் தவிர்க்க முடியாததாகிவிட்டது.
