TDSAT restrains DoT from enforcing 3G roaming ban order on Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea:
M/s Vodaphone, Bharti & Idea had moved an urgent application in TDSAT in response to the order from DOT regarding stoppage of illegal 3G roaming. Com.M.Haja Alavudeen _DP , Com.G.Kabilan _DS, Com.T.Sivasankaran_ DT & Com.E.Rajasekaran_DVP met DGM(CFA) on 23/12/2011 & discussed the followings :
1. Posting of JTO / SDE exclusively to the Upgraded CSC – I.
2. Shifting of IMPCS equipment to the Main Building at SNC RSU to minimize EB Bill
3. Shifting of GMT / KMB office.
4. Conversion of IQs into part of GMT / KMB office.
5. Utilization of available vacant quarters as part of GMT / KMB office.
6. Transfer case of Sri.M.Arumugam SDE ( Transmission ).
7. Issue of User name & Password to all executives of KMB CRDA SSA to access BSNL Intranet.
8. Issue of BSNL email-id ( @bsnl.co.in ) to all executives of KMB CRDA SSA.
9. And other local transfer cases.

It is reliably learnt that the BSNL Board has approved E1+5 increments for JTOs who have joined after 01.01.2007.
Management has approved to conduct LDCE from JTO to SDE(T). Very shortly the LDCE will be notified for the same vacancy years and for the same number of vacancies. Most likely the LDCE will be conducted in the month of March-2012.
Association was called for a discussion by CMD on 22.12.2011....Comrades are requested to maintain extra-ordinary level of preparedness since BSNL management is trying to dilute the provisions of BSNLMS RRs to our serious disadvantage by utilising the sanctioned posts of DGMs to accommodate ITS as Jt GMs and Addl GMs.... 22-12-2011 : Yet another great breakthrough of Association stand on policy front.
Writ petition of admitted in the bench of Chief Justice of Delhi high Court challenging 3G roaming created strong compulsion on DOT to act expeditiously in the direction of issuing show cause notices to Idea , Bharti and Vodaphone.
TRAI and DOT both made as the principle respondents in the writ petition filed by the association.
Stand of association on illegitimate sale of 3G services by private operators like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea etc without 3G spectrum and licence stands fully vindicated – DoT decided to issue notices to these operators for violation of policy.
TRAI maintains that sale of 3G services without 3G spectrum will not be allowed even if 3G spectrum sharing is permitted by fresh policy.

Com.Santhosh JTO (NIB)/KMB admitted his father at Hydrabad Hospital ( BSNL Approved ) for Indoor Treatment since his father had sufferred Massive Heart Attack.It was happened when they were visiting their home town.The facts were brought to the notice of GMT / KMB.
Since refferal Letter is to be issued by CGMT / CNI ,necessary details have been forwarded to O/o CGMT / CNI on 21/12/2011 along with Recommendations of GMT / KMB.
KMB District Branch is very much Thankful to Sri.K.Ramasamy AO ( Drawal ) / Sri. N.Parthibhan DGM ( F ) & GMT / KMB for Analysing & Recommending this case with Humanity to save his Life.

Com.G.L.Jogi , GS writes to Director (CM) to restore the circular dated 16.12.2011 in respect of the promotional offers on Top ups for Christmas & New Year under prepaid Mobile services, so that the sale of Top-up cards from 16th to 19th December will not become a problem in the field units and the image of BSNL also will not be affected. By the promotional offer BSNL is giving a maximum additional talk value of Rs 5 or Rs 10 only for the top-up vouchers below Rs 200/-.
Both the AGSs met the concerned GM Shri.Mishra and requested to restore the circular dated 16-12-11. GM assured that on request from the Circles the circular will be modified.
This case was given by Com.Veeramuthu, DS / Salem and Com.M.Gopinathan CS / TN subsequently taken up with GS.

Com.K.Palaniyappan DS/TNJ,Com.Sivasankaran DP/TNJ, Com.K.G.Duraipandian,DS(Elect)& Com.Ravichandran DP ( Civil ) were also participated.
Com.G.Kabilan District Secretary / Kumbakonam welcomed the gatherings & Special Guests & Com.T.Sivasankaran , Dist.Treasurer delevered vote of thanks.
