TDSAT restrains DoT from enforcing 3G roaming ban order on Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea:
M/s Vodaphone, Bharti & Idea had moved an urgent application in TDSAT in response to the order from DOT regarding stoppage of illegal 3G roaming. The case was heard today and Hon. court has not set aside the order of DoT and no coercive action to be taken till the next date of hearing i.e 03.01.2012. < View Media report >
