Senior lawyer from New Delhi is deputed by BSNL for arguing the case. The case is listed for hearing in the afternoon which indicates that it will be definitely heard today. The opposite side whether continue to oppose the review petition and further delay the promotions or not OR facilitate early promotions by not opposing the review petition is to be seen. Individual applicants already become SDEs are in the forefront of the case and the delay in promotion is not going to affect them but it will seriously affect thousands of JTOs waiting for promotions.
