Full Dharna in from of O/o GM - BSNL - KMB on 20/01/2012 from 1000 Hrs by UF of BSNL Executives ( SNEA(I), AIBSNLEA & AIGETOA ) to oppose the BSNL Mgt decision for outside recruitment at Sr. DGM Grade making it as a functional post above DGM by diverting our promotion posts which is against the provisions of the BSNLMS RR.
Demands ::
a) NO OUTSIDE RECT TO SR DGM/JT DGM POSTS AND NO DIVERSION OF DGM POSTS,
b) STANDARD PAY SCALES OF E2, E3 ETC FOR EXECUTIVES
