SNEA CHQ PROGRAMMES

After getting feedback from the Circles, 

slight changes are made in the next programmes:

01.10.2014, BSNL Day: It will be observed by performing

 1 hour extra work.

14.10.2014   : Lunch / closing hour demonstration 

at Circle/SSA HQs.

28.10.2014   : One day Dharna 

at Circle/SSA HQs.

10.11.2014 to 14.11.2014: Relay hunger strike at Circle/SSA HQs.

We sincerely hope that BSNL Management will listen to the burning issues of the Executives and resolve them without further delay. If the issues are not resolved, then we have to go ahead with the agitation programmes as declared and even to further intensify the agitation by 15^th December, 2014 till the issues are resolved.   

Make extensive preparations by conducting Branch/ SSA level meetings and meeting each and every Executive one by one and make them to join the struggle.

SNEA(I),TN Circle requested CS/AIBSNLOA to participate in our 
ONE DAY DHARNA on 19-09-14 and
 he gave his consent.Also,we requested 
him to extend support through out 
TN Circle since all our DEMANDS are common to all Executives...

 MASS DHARNA on 19-09-14 in TN Circle

SNEA NEWS reg.,DE regular promotion to Senior Lady Comrade of CRDA Divn.Smt.R.JAYALAKSHMI,

Off late,it is found that the practice of publishing the request  of members of Other Executive association members in their own site 
and writing letters to Corporate office 
as if they belong to their Association,
came to the knowledge of SNEA(I),TN Circle.

 By publishing this type of  requests 
without the consent of the concerned 
may  hurt the feeling of basic members 
and also the credibility of them before others.

Nowadays, this kind of TACTICS & CHEAP canvassing is

happening especially  in kumbakonam SSA alone 
and it is being  spread out  by some miscreants 
all over Tamilnadu circle.
Since it is brought to our notice by one of our Senior Lady Comrade of CRDA Divn.,We are constrained to publish the letter addressed to the Undersigned Which is self explanatory and We are expecting the same should not happen in future by following TRUE, BASIC TRADE UNION ETHICS... -  CS/TN.

Massive Demonstration was held in front of 
% CGM/TN Circle in which Com.Rajasekaran., 
CS/AIBSNLOA/TN Circle Participated and 
explained the various Demands in detail...

Com K Sebastin, GS, Com Rakesh Sethi, GS/AIBSNLOA,

AGS Com Arvind Dahiya met GM(Pers) and held discussions

 on modification of posting orders on DE promotion to CHTD,

 TN, KTK, MH and STR as per Seniority. Large no of DE 

vacancies are available in these Circles. GS pointed out 

that Huge no of SDEs leaving the Circles on promotion, 

 will affect the functioning of the Circles also. 

Further the cases of 57 age as on 31.08.2014 also to be

 considered, Assns. pointed out.

      Pay anomalies, Civil /Electrical issues,
      First TBP after 4 years,
      Filling the vacancies on DE promotions etc.
