DE Regular posting analysis:
In Tamilnadu Circle,228 Officers are promoted
 and the postings are given below:
TN-138, AP-3, BR-9, CHGR-5, CTD-11, ETP-2, ETR-4, HR-4, JHGND-5, KRL-23, OR-1, PB-8, UP(W)-3 & WB-12.

In STR,98 Officers are promoted and the postings are given below:
STR-76,WTP-9,STP-1,NTR-1,ETR-9 & ETP-2.

In STP,22 Officers are promoted and posted to STP itself.

As far as TN Circle is concerned,
We are not satisfied with the postings.

Even though more vacancies are available, ourComrades are posted through out the country. 

 We, on behalf of our SNEA(I),TN Circle conveyed our sentiments to GS/CHQ.
Still, about 30 officers are yet to be given Promotions & Postings. 
We are collecting DATA  and pursue the matter with full vigour.

Practically SNEA(I) worked in tandem with the DPC team and BSNL Management for the last several months to achieve this goal.

The DPC conducted for 2771 vacancies, 2303 promoted in this list. Remaining 468 cases are a) un-assessed cases due to non availability of ACRs or b) VC not received cases or c) other sealed cover cases. 132 SDEs are still left out in list no 5.

JTO to SDE promotion case 

at Hon CAT, Ernakulam: 

Today the case came up for final disposal. 

The bench informed that it is to 

be heard at length, 

hence it is to be posted on Saturday. 

Since 9th Aug is Second Saturday and

 on 16th Aug the Divisional bench is not sitting, 

the case is posted on 23-08-2014.

 is listed for final disposal today, 6-8-2014.
             Meanwhile all CSs are requested to expedite the JTO VC.

SNEA TN NEWS 4-08-2014 JTO to SDE promotion case at Hon CAT, Ernakulam:  Earlier the case was posted on 11-08-2014.  As reported by the CHQ on 31-07-2014,  on the sincere efforts of the Association,  the case is now preponed to 06-08-2014  for final disposal.

03-08-2014 CS/TN & CFS/TN met AIP/CHQ & GS/CHQ and discussed about the forthcoming Membership  Verification on 10-12-14.We appraised with the FACTS and FIGURES of SSAs in TN Circle. - CS/TN.

Hats off Comrades of Kerala, we salute you

Congratulations to one and all, comrades of SNEA(I) throughout the country

    After final round of discussion with the Kerala Circle Management in the evening, the hunger strike and work according to rule continuing in Kerala Circle for the last 37 days since 25.06.2014 withdrawn as almost all the contentious issues are resolved.

     Some policy matters are referred to BSNLCO for further decisions. Management assured to consider all the disciplinary matters sympathetically and no vindictive action will be taken against the Executives. 

      CMD BSNL also assured us that there will not be any vindictive actions.
