JTO to SDE promotion case 

at Hon CAT, Ernakulam: 

Today the case came up for final disposal. 

The bench informed that it is to 

be heard at length, 

hence it is to be posted on Saturday. 

Since 9th Aug is Second Saturday and

 on 16th Aug the Divisional bench is not sitting, 

the case is posted on 23-08-2014.

SNEA TN NEWS 4-08-2014 JTO to SDE promotion case at Hon CAT, Ernakulam:  Earlier the case was posted on 11-08-2014.  As reported by the CHQ on 31-07-2014,  on the sincere efforts of the Association,  the case is now preponed to 06-08-2014  for final disposal.

03-08-2014 CS/TN & CFS/TN met AIP/CHQ & GS/CHQ and discussed about the forthcoming Membership  Verification on 10-12-14.We appraised with the FACTS and FIGURES of SSAs in TN Circle. - CS/TN.

    After final round of discussion with the Kerala Circle Management in the evening, the hunger strike and work according to rule continuing in Kerala Circle for the last 37 days since 25.06.2014 withdrawn as almost all the contentious issues are resolved.

     Some policy matters are referred to BSNLCO for further decisions. Management assured to consider all the disciplinary matters sympathetically and no vindictive action will be taken against the Executives. 

      CMD BSNL also assured us that there will not be any vindictive actions.

In total solidarity and support to our Kerala Comrades who are on indefinite hunger strike for the last 15 days from 25.06.2014 against Sri M S S Rao, CGMT/KRL who is destroying one of the best Circle, lunch hour demonstration held at BSNLCO and Circle/SSA HQs throughout the country. Overwhelming response and large scale participation reported from almost all the Circles. All the employees are agitated over the corruption and related issues. At BSNLCO, GS, CHQ President and Com V. K. Thomar, GS/MTNLEA addressed the comrades. Comrades from neighbouring SSAs of UP(W) and HR Circles, NTR and BSNLCO participated in the demonstration at BSNLCO.
