LDCE from JTO to SDE: AGS Com Sebastin met GM(Rect) and DGM(Rect) and discussed publishing of provisional answer key of LDCE. Assn pointed out that there are some discrepancies in the answers especially in the General paper. They assured that the provisional key will be published shortly after OMR answer sheets are received from all the Circles (only BR circle pending). After the publication of the provisional answer key, Assn will be writing to the management based on the feedback received. Meanwhile the discrepancies along with supporting materials can be mailed to CHQ. On the feedback from Circles regarding general paper, the possibility of relaxing the minimum mark also discussed

GMT / KMB office Building shifting Committee has been convened under the chairmanship of  DGM (CFA) / KMB  on today 06/03/2012.  Members from Administrative side & from Association / Union Side were participated. The meeting was fruitful.

DGM ( CFA ) / KMB , the Chairman of the Committee told that Vertical Expansion is NOT POSSIBLE since it was categorically  rejected by  CGMT / TN Circle & it could not possible to accommadate part our GM office at the following areas.

1. Part of First Floor of STR Building ( 600 Sq.Ft )-{Where STR stores are being kept}

2. IQs available at Mothilal Street / Kumbakonam.

The Association / Unions requested the Chairman to record these informations as part  of  minutes of this meeting. Therefore thse problems  can be raised at Circle Level by our association so as to get some favourable reply from TN Circle  administration.

We stressed  the administration instead of closing of  IQs available at Mothilal Street,Kumbakonam , they  may  be  shifted  to  vacant quarters with full facility & this could help us to avoid  placing  of  offices in many scattered  locations.

Administration  accepted to give their  draft proposal  along  with minutes  of  the  meeting. The members of Association  / Unions are advised   to  submit  their  view & opinions  within  a short period.

We had  also  accepted  to  co - ordinate with administration.

LDCE for JTO ( T ) to SDE ( T ) - 33% quota was conducted peacefully.

Com.M.Gopinathan CS / TN & Com.Rajasekaran ACS / TN had visited the venue ( AM Jain College, Meenampakkam ) at Chennai during Lunch Hour & Evening & to Greet all  Comrades.We hope that tha examinations results  may  be  declared within 3 to 4 months.

The Executives & Non Executives Associations & Unions of Kumbakonam CRDA SSA had  presented an Unanimous Draft Proposal  to The DGM ( CFA ) / KMB, the President of  GMT/KMB  office Shifting Committee on 04/02/2012, for Shifting of GMT/ KMB office from the present Rented building  to  the  Departmental Building.

We SNEA ( I ) / KMB District Branch conveying our heartiest  thanks  to  all  the  Associations / Unions  of  KMB CRDA SSA  for  arriving  an  unified  decision.

And we thank Com.K.Aravazhi JTO/Civil for providing necessary Technical Guidelines for preparing the Draft Proposal
