Mass Dharna at BSNLCO Circle 

and SSA HQ demanding:

(i) Settle wage revision and 

pension revision w.e.f. 01.01.2017.

(ii) Settle superannuation benefits

 to the Directly Recruited employees.

(iii) Unconditionally withdraw the 

Corporate Office letter dated

 08.05.2017, banning all 

trade union activities in 

BSNL and vindictive actions.

Agitation programme:

The meeting of all Unions / Associations that was

held at New Delhi on 2-6-2017, has unanimously

 finalised the following action programme,

 to settle the wage revision issue and

to protect trade union rights of Unions

and Associations in BSNL.

(i)                         Day long dharna throughout

                  the country on 20.06.2017.

                                      (ii)   Hunger strike on 13.07.2017.

                                      (iii)  One day strike on 27.07.2017.   

Demands: 

(i)           Settle wage revision and

          pension revision w.e.f.

          01.01.2017.

  (ii)       Settle superannuation benefits

            to the Directly Recruited employees.

   (iii)        Unconditionally withdraw the

               Corporate Office letter

                    dated 08.05.2017,

the two days Dharna from tomorrow 

withdrawn. 

All vindictive actions will be

 reviewed/withdrawn.

The next phase of agitation programs of 

Indefinite Relay Hunger Strike and Work 

According to Rules 

from 29.05.2017 is

 postponed to 27.06.2017.

The agitation programs deferred 

till 28.05.2017 will restart 

on 29.05.2017

 as there are not much

 improvement in DoT on 

the standard pay scale issues. 

The Officers in DoT is not serious 

to correct the mistake even though

 BSNL management has taken a

 positive stand on E2 and E3 scales.
