Post card campaign on 03.09.2014: All CSs, SSA Secretaries  and Branch Secretaries are requested to send the post cards to CMD/BSNL, Secretary / DoT, DIR(CM / Fin), BSNL, DIR(CFA) / BSNL and GM(SR) / BSNL  with the contents furnished below:

1)  Implement standard pay scales of E2, E3 etc for JAO/JAOs, SDE/AOs etc up to SGJAG. 

2)  30% superannuation benefit to BSNL recruited employees as per DPE guidelines.

3)  Promotion from JTO(T) to SDE(T) under 67% and 33% LDCE quota for all the vacancies.

4)  Implementation of Time Bound Functional promotion /CPSU cadre hierarchy.

5)  Settlement of long pending pay anomalies.

6)  First TBP uniformly after four years w.e.f 01.10.2000.

7)  Amendment in BSNLMS RR 2009 for Civil/Elect wings and notional pay w.e.f 01.10.2000.

8)  Indiscriminate transfer of seniors in DE promotions in violation of the assurances.

In Tamilnadu Circle,228 Officers are promoted
 and the postings are given below:
TN-138, AP-3, BR-9, CHGR-5, CTD-11, ETP-2, ETR-4, HR-4, JHGND-5, KRL-23, OR-1, PB-8, UP(W)-3 & WB-12.

In STR,98 Officers are promoted and the postings are given below:

As far as TN Circle is concerned,
We are not satisfied with the postings.

Even though more vacancies are available, ourComrades are posted through out the country.

The DPC conducted for 2771 vacancies, 2303 promoted in this list. Remaining 468 cases are a) un-assessed cases due to non availability of ACRs or b) VC not received cases or c) other sealed cover cases. 132 SDEs are still left out in list no 5.
