15/05/2012 :

2^nd Circle Executive Committee Meeting  was held at Trichy on 12/05/2012.

The CEC was well arranged by the Comrades of Trichy SSA & it was a Grand Success.

Com.S.SundaraKrishnan CP / TN Presided over the meeting.

Special Address by ::

Com.R.Rajan Treasurer / CHQ,

Com.A.ChandraSekar AGS / CHQ,

Com.Panduranga Naik AGS / CHQ.

Com.M.Gopinatahan CS/TN  had briefed  the activities of SNEA ( I ) / TN Circle for the period from 01/06/2011 to 30/04/2012.

Com.V.Jayaraman CT/TN  had presented the audited  a/c  of SNEA ( I ) / TN for the period from 21/05/2011 to 31/03/2012 & the same was approved  by CEC

Sri.V.Raju PGM ,BSNL ,Trichy  had delivered his Lecture on “ Development Plans & Programs ” in the Afternoon session of CEC

Com.G.Kabilan DS / KMB & Com.V.Mahendran CVP / TN  from Kumbakonam had  participated in the CEC & shared  our  views.

        Representatives of  all Associations & Unions of KMB CRDA SSA met our CGM / TN Circle at Kumbakonam &  handed over a Memorandum and apprised the real facts & figures iro shifting of GMT / KMB Office from the present Rental Building

       On behalf of SNEA / KMB ,Com.G.Kabilan DS & Com.E.Rajasekaran DVP went along with them and & Honoured our CGM

09/05/2012 :

The General Body Meeting of SNEA ( I ) / KMB was held at O/o Recreation Club,Kumbakonam on 20/04/2012 at 1730 Hrs under the Chairmanship of                   Com .M.Hajalaudeen DE / NM – District President / SNEA ( I ) / KMB.

The following Decisions were arrived unanimously :

1.    Congratulates to the newly elected CHQ Office Bearers.

Ö        Com.G.L.Joghi          President / CHQ

Ö        Com.K.Sebastin General Secretary / CHQ

Ö        Com.R.Rajan  Treasurer / CHQ and all other office bearers.

2.    Decides to conduct AGB of Kumbakonam District SNEA ( I ) during the month of May / June 2012

3.    An amount of Rs500/- ( Minimum ) to be collected as DONATION from all members to meet out the expenditures of AGB & Honoring the Retired  Officers of Our Association

4.    District Secretary / KMB  is empowered to participate with all union / Association meetings organized iro shifting of GMT / BSNL / KMB offices from Rental to Departmental Building.

5.    SNEA ( I ) / KMB should continue to pursue with administration for considering the following Points iro Shifting of GM offices

                      I.        The Financial viability of Kumbakonam CRDA SSA should be taken care.

                    II.        Subscriber Welfare should be Ensured.

                   III.        For Administrative Convenience as well as for the interest of BSNL & BSNL  Subscriber, at least the following Officers & their sections are to be placed / accommodated in a single Location.

{ GMT,DGM ( CFA ) , DGM ( F ),PRO, Vigilance Officer, Planning Section inclusive of Accounts wing , Establishment Section, Record Section, TRA Unit, Cash & Accounts Section. }

                  IV.        While Planning the GMT office building Shifting , GM offices should be located in TWO LOCATIONS ( MAXIMUM ) ONLY { MBM Campus & TANSI – Mothilal Street, KMB Campus }
