TDSAT restrains DoT from enforcing 3G roaming ban order on Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Idea:
M/s Vodaphone, Bharti & Idea had moved an urgent application in TDSAT in response to the order from DOT regarding stoppage of illegal 3G roaming. The case was heard today and Hon. court has not set aside the order of DoT and no coercive action to be taken till the next date of hearing i.e 03.01.2012. < View Media report >

BSNL Board has approved the new Recruitment Rules as a one time measure to recruit around 450 SAG/HAG officers in the E9 grade and 600 JAG/NFSG officers  in the E6, E7 grade. We are carefully examining the provisions of RRs and its effect on our carrier aspects.

Com.M.Haja Alavudeen _DP , Com.G.Kabilan _DS, Com.T.Sivasankaran_ DT & Com.E.Rajasekaran_DVP met  DGM(CFA) on 23/12/2011 & discussed  the  followings :

1.     Posting  of  JTO / SDE  exclusively  to  the Upgraded  CSC – I.

2.     Shifting  of  IMPCS  equipment   to  the  Main Building  at  SNC  RSU  to  minimize  EB  Bill

3.     Shifting  of  GMT / KMB  office.

4.     Conversion  of  IQs  into  part  of   GMT / KMB  office.

5.     Utilization  of  available  vacant  quarters   as  part  of    GMT / KMB  office.

6.     Transfer case of  Sri.M.Arumugam  SDE ( Transmission ).

7.     Issue  of  User name & Password  to  all executives  of  KMB  CRDA  SSA  to  access  BSNL Intranet.

8.     Issue  of  BSNL  email-id ( @bsnl.co.in ) to  all executives  of  KMB  CRDA  SSA.

9.     And  other  local  transfer  cases.

It is reliably learnt that the BSNL Board has approved E1+5 increments for JTOs who have joined after 01.01.2007.

Management has approved to conduct LDCE from JTO to SDE(T). Very shortly the LDCE will be notified for the same vacancy years and for the same number of vacancies. Most likely the LDCE will be conducted in the month of March-2012.

Association was called for a discussion by CMD on 22.12.2011....Comrades are requested to maintain extra-ordinary level of preparedness since BSNL management is trying to dilute the provisions of BSNLMS RRs to our serious disadvantage by utilising the sanctioned posts of DGMs to accommodate ITS as Jt GMs and Addl GMs....
